Ahmadabad: Ami Bhattu, a 13 year old girl presented the picture drawn by her to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The girl presented Modi’s picture when he arrived at Vapi in Gujarat for the election campaign. The PM noticed the girl during the road show and received the picture.
Thousands of people waited for hours to meet the PM during the time of his road show. Among them, the 13 year old Ami also waited for four hours to meet Modi. The girl’s wish was to give the PM his portrait that she had drawn by herself.
When the PM arrived, the people were in great excitement. Meanwhile, the PM noticed the girl holding his picture. He asked the security staff to take that picture from the girl. As ordered, the security staff rushed to the girl, took the painting and handed it over to the PM.
The girl said to the media that it was the proudest moment of her life.
The PM visited Gujarat for the pre-election campaigns. The Gujarat election will be held in two phases on 1st and 5th of December. The counting will be held on 8th December.
