Kochi: High Court has today given strict warning to Aravana tin distributing company of Sabarimala. The court stated that the contract must be taken only if the company can distribute tin according to the demand.
Special Commissioner had informed the court as the company failed to distribute required quantity of tin and the HC’s observation comes after this. The court granted time for submitting replies to the contractor as well as Devaswom Board. The case will be considered on next Monday.
The High Court had earlier asked to confirm required quantity of appam and aravana prasadams in Sabarimala. The court ordered to take strict action against those who fails in tin distribution.
