WhatsApp is a very popular social media platform. Every change brought in the app is accepted by the users with great curiosity. Now the company has announced that a new update will come in the status feature.
There are reports that users will be able to make voice notes as WhatsApp status soon. Voice notes of 30 seconds duration will be able to be made into WhatsApp status.
Currently images and videos can be used as status. At present, some iOS users are experimenting with this feature. Just like any other status, the user can decide who can see the voice statuses. There are also reports that these voice statuses will be secured with end-to-end encryption.
