Call to attack police station; SDPI worker arrested

Kozhikode: SDPI worker arrested for calling for attack on a police station. The incident happened in Chombala, Kozhikode.

Shamsuddin, a resident of Mukali, was arrested in connection with the incident. He called to attack the police station through a WhatsApp group. Chombala police have registered a case against him. The case has been registered under Section 153,505(1)(b) of the Indian Penal Code. The police said that the accused who was taken into custody this morning will be produced in court today.
