Bengaluru: The Central Bureau of Investigation has held raid in the colleges run by Karnataka Congress President D K Sivakumar . Sivakumar is the Chairman of the Bangaluru based educational institution , Global Academy of Technology. Initial report hints that the raid is in connection with the money laundering case.
CBI informed that college teachers as well as the management authorities were interrogated, including DKS Aiswarya, daughter of Sivakumar and the Secretary of the college. The officers also questioned Sivakumar’s wife, who is also the member of the college trust.
CBI conducted raid following the ED probe on the Congress President over money laundering case. Several national agencies held raids in connection with the National Herald case on 14 November .
