In another incidnt, A Std 3 student was seriously injured in an accident that took place in front of a UP School in Poovachal, Thiruvananthapuram. The injured were hit by a lorry carrying cement. Eight-year-old Emmanuel is undergoing treatment at the hospital. Two persons were killed in a bike accident in the Palode area of the district in the morning. The bike, which was travelling at high speed, lost control and fell under the bus. Unni and Nawaz, travelling in the bike, died.
