Ernakulam: In the case of destroying public property on behalf of the strike, the High Court will again consider the petition today. The secretary of the Home Ministry will be summoned to court over the issue. The court had instructed the secretary to summon the court directly.
The court, which accepted the petition last day, had made strong allegations against the Government. And the government continues their slow pace of confiscating the culprit’s property. The court said that the Government is irresponsible. The court has also instructed the Government to complete all procedures in connection with the revenue recovery.
The PFI (Popular Front of India) strike was held on 23rd September. Following the inspection the NIA had arrested the PFI leaders. And the strike was called against this. Public properties worth many crores had been destroyed in that strike.
