Chandigarh: BSF shot Pak drone in Punjab. The incident took place in Rajathal village of Amritsar. This is the third time in the last week that Pakistan has sent a drone here.
The incident took place last night. The drone was spotted by the BSF after hearing a buzzing sound. He was immediately shot down. The BSF has clarified that the drone has arrived from the Pakistani side.
The drone crashed near the fence at the border. Nothing was found from the drone. In this situation, it is suspected that this is a drone sent to understand the military deployment on the border. A high alert has been issued in the border areas in the wake of the incident.
Police and BSF are conducting a search in this area. A case has been registered and an investigation has also been started. On Friday too, a drone which crossed the border was shot down by the BSF during the time of the patrolling. Pakistan is trying to provoke continuously by sending drones across the border.
