New Delhi: Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant was injured in a car accident. The car he was traveling in hit the divider and caught fire. The accident happened near the Roorkee border this morning. The accident occurred while traveling from Delhi to Uttarakhand. Only the actor and the driver were inside the car at the time of the accident.
Rishabh Pant was admitted to Max Hospital in Dehradun. According to the hospital authorities, his injury is not serious. The police arrived immediately after the accident and took Pant and the driver to Saksham Hospital and were then shifted to Max, said Superintendent of Police Dehat Swapna Kishore.
The initial explanation is that Rishabh Pant was driving the vehicle. The vehicle went out of control when he fell asleep while traveling from Delhi to Uttarakhand in the morning. Pant gave the information directly to the doctors and the police, said Dr. Ashish Yagnik.
