Thrissur: An old man was sentenced to eight years rigorous imprisonment and a fine for sexually abusing a girl. Pathukkudi Moosa, native of Chelakkara ,has been convicted by the court. The order was issued by the Fast Track Special Court, Thrissur and the Punishment is under POCSO Act.
Recently the court had punished another accused, a 70-year-old man, who molested a 13-year-old girl in Thrissur. The court imposed five years imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 25,000. Abdul Rahman, a native of Changaleeri, Mannarkkad, was convicted by the fast track court, Pattambi.
