Mumbai: TTEs’ saved a 19-year-old girl who suffered a heart attack in a train. The girl who travelled by a local train from Airoli in Navi Mumbai felt discomfort.
The girl, who is a student working in a private institution based in Ghansoli, felt severe chest pain while returning home. It was only through the timely intervention of two ticket examiners the student received proper treatment and saved her life.
The TTEs’ made necessary arrangements for first aid after noticing the girl who expressed her discomfort due to chest pain. After the train reached Thane, the girl was admitted to the hospital and later confirmed that the student was suffering from a heart attack. The hospital authorities informed that it was a mild heart attack. The girl’s family thanked the TTEs’ for their timely intervention and service to their daughter.
