Srinagar: Army demolished the terrorist hideouts at Soorankot sector of Sindhara region in Poonch District, Jammu and Kashmir. The army informed that a stockpile of weapons and ammunition were found from the location.
The security force informed that the hideout was destroyed in a combined effort by the Romeo force and the police. Three AK-47 rifles, 28 rounds, Magazines, under Barrel Grenade Launcher were recovered from the location.
A massive amount of weapons were recovered from Baramulla, last December. Balloons and guns with Pak symbols were seized from there. Recently, documents with Pakistani writings were recovered from Hathlanga region, in Uri.
