KOCHI: The market price of school accessories have rose to 20-30% in the onset of school reopening. Parents are unable to afford the rate of school bags and books.

As schools are set to reopen the next day, Parents prefer to give the school accessories for their children which is they have used in last year due to price hike. The market for school items has not much active as compared to last year. In the mean time traders are complaining that some schools are forcefully imposing high prices on goods. There are accessories which make students attract but the price hike had put the traders into trouble. Currently parents are only buying the product which is absolute necessary.
