IDUKKI: Senapathi native, Kavalakkal Antony was beaten by his eldest son. Intoxicated son assaults and breaks his father’s leg for not giving him the property. The house where Antony is living was given by the panchayath. Antony was unable to bear his son’s pestering and he registered a complaint against his son, but the police didn’t take any action.
Antony was admitted in the Taluk hospital with the help of his neighbors . Later, Antony filed a complaint in Udumbanchola police station but no action was taken by the officers. Antony and his wife Mary is living by getting sevana pension and they wanted the police to take action against their eldest son.
