‘Misuse’ of CMDRF; High court to consider the plea today

Trivandrum: The High Court is set to  consider the petition of the Chief Minister, which was appealed against Lokayukta‘s action of forwarding the misuse of the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund case to the full bench. The petition was filed to demand that the decision taken by the two-member bench of the Lokayukta be reversed. The petition will be considered by Chief Justice S.V. Bhatti.
