Trivandrum: Yogesh Gupta, the chairman of Bevco, has directed all the beverages to install the brand name in English and Hindi in addition to Malayalam for international spirits retail outlets since the migrants are unable to purchase the spirits bottles as the brand name is printed in Malayalam. He also recommended use the lighting system to get a proper view the board and item names at night.
According to the officials, this modification is intended to tackle the challenges that migrants face while locating stores and purchasing liquor. Additional measures have been done to enhance the environment and cleanliness of the liquor stores. The employees have started cleaning the liquor store’s walls and gate, which were fully covered with the security stickers and label of the bottles.
If a store employee needs their electronic equipment repaired or replaced if it is broken, the regional supervisors should take the responsibility to replace it. Employee misbehavior towards customers should also be avoided.
