A video of Japanese ambassador Hiroshi Suzuki and his wife rejoicing over the Indian street food shared during their visit to Pune goes viral. He also praised the taste of Indian food on twitter.
During his visit to Pune for an event, the Japanese ambassador had the opportunity to taste Vada Pav, Misal Pav and other street foods. However, he mentioned that the spice level was a bit intense.
In the video he shared, he added a demo on how to eat the food. He posted the video with the caption, “I love street food in India, but too spicy.” Several comments were posted to his appreciation video. Several suggestions from all over India were posted by Indians. He also said that Indian street food seems good and hygienic.
Now, several North Indian street foods are becoming popular in South India as well. Among those, pani puri and samosa had become an integral part of South Indian food items.
