After the success of Chandrayaan 3, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the G20 summit doubled the happiness of every Indian. Bharat  Mandapam has become a famous place today. The Prime Minister said that people are celebrating Bharat Mandapam by taking selfies and sharing photos. He was addressing the 105th Mann Ki Baat.

He mentioned that 80 lakh people watched the soft landing of Chandrayaan-3, which kept the whole world in suspense. The day after the Vikram lander and Pragyan rover touched down at the South Pole of the Moon was marked as ‘National Space Day’. Crores of people watched Bharat’s proudest mission make an elaborate landing. About 80 lakh people watched it on ISRO’s YouTube Live channel alone, he added.

Bharat witnessed the first G20 summit in South Asia standing with its chest open in front of the world. A year-long program was held in the country related to G20. The Prime Minister also said that the ‘G20 University Connect Program’ will be conducted to mark the role played by the youth of the country during G20. Students and youth from IITs, IIMs and medical colleges will participate in the programme.
