New Delhi : The country is striving to achieve the goal of a cleaner and more beautiful India as part of the Swachh Bharat initiative. As a part of this effort, a comprehensive cleaning campaign is being conducted nationwide. During this initiative, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi actively participated in a cleanliness drive, emphasizing the importance of both cleanliness and public health. To fulfill this mission, the Prime Minister joined hands with wrestler Ankit Baiyanpuriya in the campaign on Sunday.
Sharing a video with Ankit where he was seen yielding the broom, the Prime Minister tweeted: “Today, as the nation focuses on Swachhata, Ankit Baiyanpuriya and I did the same! Beyond just cleanliness, we blended fitness and well-being also into the mix. It is all about that Swachh and Swasth Bharat vibe!”.

Heeding the PM’s call, thousands across the country, including Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP chief J P Naddha, took part in the campaign. Cricketers Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have requested to be a part of the ‘One Date, One Hour, Together’ campaign.
