Pathanamthitta: Three individuals, including migrant workers, have been arrested for their involvement in drug-selling activities. The arrest came following a raid conducted in Adoor and Enathu the previous day. The couple in question is originally from Assam, identified as Fakrudheen (26) and Faridakhatoon (23). During the operation, law enforcement officials seized 3.62 grammes of brown sugar, which had been packaged for sale in 14 small bottles.
At the same time, in a separate incident in Enathu, a young man named Vishnu, a resident of Kollam Kunnathur, was arrested for possession of 40 grams of ganja. Authorities suspect that Vishnu has been involved in the sale of ganja for some time, primarily based in Kollam district. Investigations are currently underway to determine if he had any accomplices involved in his illegal activities. The raids and arrests were carried out by a specialised team led by Narcotic Cell Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) K.A. Vidyadharan, in collaboration with the Adoor and Enathu police.
