Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday visited the Shri Saibaba Samadhi Temple in Shirdi, Maharashtra and offered prayers. Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were also present at the occasion.
The Prime Minister will inaugurate the new Darshan Queue Complex at the temple. After this, the Prime Minister will perform the Jal Puja of Nilwande Dam and dedicate the canal of the dam to the nation.
During his visit to Shirdi, the Prime Minister will be the chief guest at a public function. At the venue, he will inaugurate development projects worth around Rs 7,500 crore in health, rail, road and oil and gas sectors. After this, the Prime Minister will visit Goa to inaugurate the 37th National Games.
