New Delhi: Today marks the 106th edition of “Mann Ki Baat,” the Prime Minister’s monthly radio programme. The Prime Minister addressed the citizens at 11 a.m. In the previous month’s broadcast, the Prime Minister introduced Cassandra May, a German girl deeply fond of Indian music. He showcased her admiration by sharing a Sanskrit hymn praising Lord Vishnu and presenting a Kannada song in Cassandra’s voice, highlighting how Indian culture and music are gaining global recognition.
The global allure of Indian culture and music continues to expand, drawing the attention of people worldwide. In the previous edition, the Prime Minister expressed his belief that Cassandra May’s efforts would resonate with every Indian, further underscoring the programme’s universal appeal.
The “Mann Ki Baat” programme had broadcasted across the entire network of Akashvani and Doordarshan. Audiences can tune in via the Aakashvani website and the NewsOnAir mobile app. Additionally, the programme will be available on Akashvani, DD News, PMO, Information, and Broadcasting YouTube channels.
In his address, the Prime Minister extended warm greetings for the ongoing festive season, urging citizens to support local artisans by purchasing local products when travelling across the nation. Stressing the significance of ‘Make in India’ products, he encouraged sustained investment beyond the festive period.
October 31, the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, will witness the launch of a significant nationwide platform. Termed ‘MY Bharat: Mera Yuva Bharat,’ this platform aims to offer abundant opportunities for Indian youths to prosper. The Prime Minister announced the forthcoming launch of the “Mybharat” website, inviting the youth to register on MyBharat.gov.in and explore the available opportunities.
