Thiruvananthapuram: BJP State President K Surendran thanked the SNDP(Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam) for its stand on the Prana Pratishtha ceremony at Ayodhya. Surendran commended Vellappally Natesan as a source of pride for the Hindu community, emphasizing that Ayodhya and Lord Sri Ramachandran symbolize a mantra for unity.
During the ceremony, SNDP General Secretary Vellappally Natesan voiced his support for the Prana Pratishtha ceremony, describing it as a moment of spiritual pride. He urged all believers to light a lamp in their homes during the Pratishtha Muhurta and praised Lord Sri Rama for his exemplary personal life and career.
In a recent development, RSS functionaries visited Vellappally Natesan, presenting him with the Prana Pratishtha Akshatham, which he and his wife, Preeti Natesan, graciously received. The Nair Service Society (NSS) also aligned with a similar stance. However, the Congress and CPI(M) are framing the Ram temple issue as a political matter, in contrast to the non-political approach taken by other organizations.
