Lucknow: Governor Arif Mohammed Khan is set to visit the Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya today, which is ready for Prana Pratishta (consecration) ceremony . Although he has received an invitation for the Ramlalla Prana Pratishta ceremony on the 22nd of this month, his attendance is not possible due to administrative commitments. Hence, the Governor had expressed his intention to visit Ayodhya today. He may visit Ayodhya again after the consecration ceremony.
On January 2, the governor was presented with the Akshatham worshiped in Ayodhya. Additionally, other notable figures such as Mata Amritanandamayi, actor Mohanlal, and others from Kerala have also been invited to participate in the ceremony.
After decades of anticipation, the Ram temple is being constructed in Ayodhya at the birthplace of Lord Rama. The Prana Pratishta ceremony for Ramlalla is scheduled during the sacred Sanjeevani Muhurta, from 12:29:8 to 12:30:32 PM. Over 7000 dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are expected to partake in this historic event.
