Kozhikode: BJP State President K Surendran said that Pinarayi Vijayan is the CM who does not follow what he says. K Surendran asserted that the projects claimed by the Pinarayi government actually belong to the Modi government. “Don’t play politics with people’s tax money,” K. Surendran said. He was speaking at a press conference held in Vadakara in connection with the Kerala Padayathra.
“The Pinarayi government will never reveal how much funds Kerala has received from the central government. The state is yet to disclose the revenue deficit grant or GST compensation sanctioned by the Centre. False propaganda is also going on in the Legislature. Kerala is one of the states where the central government has given the most benefits. The Modi government gave five times more to Kerala than the UPA government”, stated K. Surendran .
“Pinarayi Vijayan is the Chief Minister who has not fulfilled any of his promises to the people. New Kerala is Prime Minister Modi’s guarantee. All the projects claimed by the CM Pinarayi government belongs to the Modi government. Vadakara railway station is also undergoing development projects worth crores. Despite knowing the truth about the central fund issue, the opposition is giving tacit consent to the ruling party. VD Satheesan is a person who does not want to mention the monthly payment case even in the Legislative Assembly”, K. Surendran added.
“Only Kerala has a soft approach towards terrorists. Since the last day, some people have come forward against the death penalty for religious terrorists. All of them have helped terrorists. After the banning of the Popular Front, the peoples joined the CPI(M) and the Muslim League,” K. Surendran concluded.
