New Delhi: The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) has announced its intention to wear black attire in solidarity with the Kerala government’s protest against the Center at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. This announcement was made by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin.
Notably, the general public is prohibited from wearing black attire even in the vicinity of events attended by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. It is in this situation that Stalin announced DMK’s support for the Pinarayi government by wearing black attire.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has also sent a letter to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan expressing solidarity with the strike. The letter also confirms that DMK leaders will participate in the strike by wearing black clothes.
