Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has dismissed 15 government officials from service and ceased pensions of two others, an official release issued by the Chief Minister’s Office said on Saturday, following their conviction on charges of corruption.
Patnaik has also asked every departments to adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption.
The pension facilities of retired assistant engineer of Kalahandi ITDA, Aswini Kumar Sharma and retired APD of Kalahandi DRDA, Shasank Sekhar Patnaik have been stopped for corruption, it added.
