New Delhi: The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is organising an International Ramayana Festival which will be inaugurated at the hands of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on September 17 in New Delhi. It will be a three-day event until September 19.
Apart from New Delhi, Lucknow, Ayodhya and Pune will also organise the event.
Eight countries including Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Indonesia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Bangladesh and Fiji will take part in the festival.
The ICCR has been organising the International Ramayana Festival annually for the last 15 years.
