Aizwal: Adv.P S Sreedharan Pillai, former BJP President of Kerala, has sworn in as the new Governor of Mizoram. The oath taking ceremony was held at Aiswal Raj Bhavan. Guwahati Chief Justice administered the oath at 11.30 am.
Adv. P S Sreedharan Pillai is the fifteenth Governor of Mizoram. He is the third person from Kerala to reach this position, after Vakkaom Purushothaman and Kummanam Rajasekharan.
P S Sreedhara Pillai reached Aiswal last day with family. He was received by Chief Minister, Home Minister and other officials at Lengpui Airport.
