New Delhi: Intelligence agencies have unraveled the discussions between the ISI and terrorist organizations to eliminate newly appointed Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Girish Chandra Murmu.
A meeting was held between Pakistani Intelligence agency ISI and Pakistan based terror groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen where the ISI ordered the terror outfits to go attack the Governor.
Members elected to the Block Development Council (BDC) are also on the hit list of Islamic terrorists so are many BJP leaders of the Union Territory. It must be noted that the government undertook elections to BDC to bring welfare and democratic involvement to the Kashmiris. However, the terrorists are planning to destroy the democratic efforts of the Central government.
There was an intelligence report that the Jaish terror outfit called a meeting on 29 October at a madrasa in Kotli to motivate terrorists to increase terror attacks. The meeting was attended by all terrorist commanders.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani intelligence agencies are trying to instigate terrorism in Punjab and are reviving the Khalistani terror groups. Their plan is to engage the Indian security forces in two fronts of Kashmir and Punjab.
