New Delhi: East Delhi constituency MP Gautam Gambhir on Friday hit back at Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) after they took a dig at the BJP MP as he did not attend a meeting to discuss the rising levels of air pollution in the capital city.
Gambhir took to Twitter and enlisted the number of development programmes he did for his constituency.
“They will judge me by my work and not by the propaganda and false narrative spread by the minions of the ‘honest CM’ of Delhi,” Gautam Gambhir said.
“My work will speak for itself!” he tweeted with a statement mentioning about his commitments.
My work will speak for itself!

In reply to this, Gautam Gambhir on Friday released his statement.
Listing down his work, the BJP MP said, “From getting high-end compost machine installed for clearing Ghazipur landfill to reforming EDMC schools by providing digital classes and infrastructure, to installing sanitary pad vending machines for the benefit of women and providing free food to the poor, I have left no stone unturned in the past 6 months in making sure that people who voted for me get the best.”
“I have not entered politics to make money but I do have a family to support. I believe in hard earned money and not using public funds to further political ambitions,” Gautam Gambhir said.
