New Delhi: All four convicts in the Nirbhaya case have been shifted to Tihar and it is believed that they would be hanged soon.
At the latest, Vinay Sharma one of the convicts in the gangrape case has been shifted to Tihar Jail on Sunday night. Meanwhile, three other convicts – Akshay Thakur, Mukesh Singh and Pawan Gupta – in the 2012 Delhi gangrape case are already in Tihar Jail.
The six involved were arrested and convicted. One was minor and another, Ram Singh, committed suicide in Tihar Jail during trial.
