Mumbai: The Congress MLAs, including senior leader Prithviraj Chauhan has gone upset after the Maharashtra cabinet expansion on Monday. Several Congress leaders were left out from inducting to the cabinet.
Alleging that the party loyalists have been ignored, six Congress MLAs- Chavan, Naseem Khan, Praniti Shinde,Sangram Thopte, Amin Patel and Rohidas Patil – reportedly met senior party leader Mallikarjun Kharge last evening and shared their concerns.
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s son Aaditya Thackeray, Nationalist Congress Party’s Ajit Pawar and 34 other leaders from Shiv Sena, the NCP and the Congress took oath on Monday.
