New Delhi: The Intelligence Agencies have alerted BSF and Punjab Police regarding an infiltration threat from the Punjab borders.
The forces have intensified night patrolling in the border districts to keep a check on anti-social elements. Intelligence sources have also issued alerts to Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir and Gujarat.
BSF and Punjab police have escalated vigil and combing operations along the Indo-Pak border.
The infiltration threat has come in the wake of tension over the Citizenship Amendment Act.
