New Delhi: The Budget Session of Parliament will begin today and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will table the Economic Survey 2019-20.
On Saturday, the Minister will present her second Union Budget.
President Ram Nath Kovind will address to the joint sitting of two Houses of Parliament while beginning with the Budget Session. He will deliver a speech in the Central Hall of Parliament at 11 am.
Meanwhile, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will also a chair a meeting of floor leaders of Rajya Sabha at his residence today.
The first phase of the session will end on February 11, and the second phase will commence from March 2 until April 3.
