New Delhi: The north-east Delhi district administration prepared an interim report in which it said that at least 122 houses, 322 shops and 301 vehicles damaged during last week’s riots.
It is expected that the numbers might shoot up after the final report is submitted.
The interim report, senior officials said Monday, was prepared on the basis of inputs shared by 18 teams led by sub-divisional magistrates (SDMs) till Sunday morning.
Each SDM is leading a team of 60. The team has officials from revenue department and civil volunteers, who are helping out with the survey and in providing relief measures to the victims, said district magistrate (north-east Delhi) Shashi Kaushal.
