Gadchiroli: Women police personnel have been given the opportunity to hunt for Naxals in Gadchiroli of Maharashtra. They have been deployed to combat the danger of Naxalism.
The women officials are tasked with collection of intelligence information and keeping a record of all the news and information pertaining to Naxals, and their hideouts.
They will also explore into deep forest areas in order to carry out combining operations as and when required.
Gadchiroli district is a prodigious area of Naxals and this major step as a part of women empowerment will pave way for their success in life.
