New Delhi: National spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Shahnawaz Hussain on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi who had lived in poverty, understands poverty.
Hussain told ANI, ” PM modi got emotional while interacting with one of the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) because he understands the poverty and pains of poor people. He had lived in poverty. Medicines at low cost through PMBJP is very beneficial for the poor.”
PM Modi today got emotional after hearing to a beneficiary of PMBJP, who was suffering from paralysis and now is recovering from the generic medicines provided under the scheme.
