New Delhi: Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday condemned the attack launched upon Jyotiraditya Scindia who was the former leader of the Congress.
The enraged Congress workers waved black flags at Scindia who joined the BJP, and stones were pelted on his car. The incident occurred near Kamla Park in the city on Friday evening. Scindia was going to the airport after holding a meeting with BJP national vice president Shivraj Singh Chouhan at the latter’s residence.
“When such an incident can happen to Jyotiraditya Scindia, one can imagine how bad is the situation in the State. Is the govt which has lost the majority behind this? I demand an investigation into the incident,” Shivraj Singh Chouhan said.
