JP Nadda lauds PM Modi’s leadership for success of Ayushman Bharat

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party chief JP Nadda on Wednesday hailed the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the success of Ayushman Bharat. The Ayushman Bharat crossed 1 crore beneficiaries in less than two years.

Nadda tweeted, “Hon PM @narendramodiji’s flagship program, to ensure health for all, Ayushman Bharat has crossed 1 crore beneficiaries in less than 2 years. I am grateful to Honble PM’s leadership for this success in making a giant step towards a ‘Healthy India’. Congratulations to @AyushmanNHA.”

He said that the programme has also given 5 lakh insurance cover to minimise the financial risk arising out of any major disease.

“The program has not only brought health care closer to people with health & wellness centres but has also given 5 lakh insurance cover to minimise the financial risk arising out of any major disease,” he tweeted.

Nadda also lauded the endless effort and dedication of doctors, nurses, health workers and para medical staff for making this programme a success.

Earlier today, Prime Minister Narendra Mod expressed his happiness as the number of the beneficiaries under the Ayushman Bharat crossed one crore.

He said, “It would make every Indian proud that the number of Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries has crossed 1 crore. In less than two years, this initiative has had a positive impact on so many lives. I congratulate all the beneficiaries and their families. I also pray for their good health.”
