New Delhi: India recorded the highest single-day increase in coronavirus cases with 9,851 more cases and 273 deaths in the last 24 hours.
The total cases in the country has surged to 2,26,770 including 1,10,960 active cases, said the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The country has so far recorded a total of 6,348 coronavirus deaths.
