New Delhi: Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal has again hit out at Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for questioning Centre over the ongoing India-China standoff in Ladakh.

Namgyal claimed that not an inch of India’s land has been lost to China under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi came into power in 2014. One thing has been ensured that not even a single inch has been conceded to China in Ladakh. BJP is a nationalist party. We will never budge on this matter and the country should be assured about this fact,” Namgyal told ANI.

“The government is working on the defence and management of Line of Actual Control (LAC) between India and China. It is unfortunate that the Congress party is raising an issue related to this matter. Congress party always wants to see proofs whether it be for the surgical strike or any other issue related to India’s defence,” he said.

“The Chinese have walked in and taken our territory in Ladakh. Meanwhile. The PM is absolutely silent and has vanished from the scene,” Rahul Gandhi had said in a tweet.

Earlier today, the BJP MP from Ladakh accused Congress for seeking “proof” for everything.

“Congress can never think of betterment of our country. They can’t digest sitting in the opposition that’s why they want “Saboot” for everything. They neither trust the Indian Army, nor the Govt. elected by the common masses of India,” Namgyal tweeted.

A day earlier, BJP MP had given a befitting reply to Congress MP from Wayanad where the former listed areas that were occupied on Congress watch.
