Baramulla: BJP leader Mehraj-ud-Din Malla, who is also the vice-president of Watergam Municipal Committee in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, was kidnapped by terrorists on Wednesday.
According to officials, he was allegedly kidnapped at Marazigund in Rafiabad area of Baramulla while he was on his way to Sopore town.
A few days ago, terrorists had put up posters in many areas of Kashmir, threatening people against joining BJP. A massive manhunt has been launched by the police to trace Malla.
This comes days after another BJP leader Wasim Bari, his father and brother were killed by terrorists in Bandipore district.
