Kolkata: The Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday took out on streets to disseminate information about the provisions of the implementations of the historic farm bills, who came under the attack of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) goons in Nodakhali village in Budge Budge area of South 24 Parganas.
As the BJP workers came under their attack, soon scuffle broke out between both the parties. TMC goons hurled bombs and pelted stones at the BJP without any sympathy even to the women karyakartas.

BJP state president Dilip Ghosh reacted strongly to the incident and tweeted, ” BJP workers and supporters attacked by TMC goons while taking part in a rally at Budge Budge in South 24 Parganas. Bombs and bullet shots were fired, karyakartas were beaten up, shops looted and Mahila karyakartas were molested. Where is democracy?”
