New Delhi: The Serum Institute has dispatched over 90 per cent of the vaccine order by the Government, confirms official sources.
The source in a statement given to ANI confirmed that over 10.99 million doses have been already dispatched from the SII and that the remaining volume will be dispatched by Thursday.
The first batch of Covid vaccine doses were dispatched from the SII facility on Tuesday from Pune to Delhi and to several centres across the country ahead of the nationwide Covid vaccination drive which is all set to begin on January 16.
