New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday flagged off eight trains that connects the country to Kevadiya in order to boost the conveyance facility to the Statue of Unity in Gujarat via video conferencing.
The Gujarat Chief Minster Vijay Rupani and Central Railways Minister Piyush Goyal were also present in the function. The Prime Minister inaugurated the Chandod-Kevadiya new broad railway line, Dabhoi-Chandod broad gauge railway line, newly electrified Pratapnagar-Kevadiya section and the new railway stations of Dabhoi, Chandod and Kevadiya.
