The BJP under its ‘Seva Hi Sangathan’ program flagged off medical aid to the state of Himachal Pradesh from New Delhi today.
Union Minister of state for finance and Corporate affairs, Anurag Thakur said today that the party President, JP Nadda flagged off 17 mobile medical units and medical aid for Himachal Pradesh to help the state to fight against the dreaded COVID-19. Thakur was also present at the function.
He said that the central government and the BJP were all set for helping all parts of India to combat the dreaded Coronavirus.
Thakur said that the party leaders and workers were doing their best to help the suffering humanity and the women party activists were preparing face masks and distributing them to the needy people through the party activists.
The Union minister appealed to the people to abide by the COVID-19 guidelines as the virus was much more dangerous than the previous one and was taking the toll on innocent people especially children and youth.
He appealed to them to remain inside their homes and thereby save others from the wrath of the virus that had claimed lakhs of lives worldwide.
