Lucknow: Schools for classes 9th to 12th reopened in Uttar Pradesh. As covid cases in UP have reduced, schools have reopened.
Earlier schools were opened, but due to covid spread and lockdown they were closed. When schools are opened now strict covid protocols will be followed and it will be as follows:
Temperature will be checked in the front doors of the schools and sanitizers will be kept in each floor. Students and teachers should wear masks. Social distancing will be ensured, said Anita Verma who is the head of Lucknow Montessori school senior section. Each class will have 50 students.
Universities and colleges will reopen from September 1st. Guidelines to conduct entrance test for colleges were published on August 5th.
