New Delhi: SC finds Rafale is not a case to scrutinise the process of acquisition. Supreme Court has stated that there will be no probe into the Rafale deal.The court dismissed petitions asking for court monitored enquiry.
The top court dismissed all allegations including that of Congress. All petitions regarding the deal have been dismissed by the Supreme Court. The court pronounced the statement while considering the plea that asked for CBI enquiry.
