Modi’s return might turn out to be a nightmare for the guilty

It is neither unnatural nor surprising that in “Kaliyug” all the dacoits, looters, fraudsters, corrupt, liars, anti-nationals, Maoists, urban naxals and so on are united in an alliance against truth, honesty, and nationalism.

But, ultimately the truth will triumph.

These people could go to any extent and use any heinous means to fulfill their covetousness to capture power and to loot the country purely for personal benefits. The ordinary public is not aware of the background of these leaders. When it is known to them they will understand as to why all these leaders have come together against Narendra Modi.

Let us first have a look at the status of the Congress President, Rahul Gandhi. Everyone knows that he and his mother Sonia Gandhi are accused in the National Herald case for “holding on to a public property (Herald House) to earn crores of rupees in rent”.

Reports say that the Solicitor General of India argued in front of the two-judge bench of the Delhi HC last week that AJL (Associated Journals Limited) violated the lease deed signed with the government of India when the company was transferred to Young India.

He further alleged that Young India escaped income assessment by the IT department. Both mother and son are on bail now.

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi’s brother- in- law, Robert Vadra, and his mother Maureen on Tuesday last appeared before Enforcement Directorate’s Zonal Office in Jaipur in connection with a probe into an alleged land scam in Rajasthan’s border town of Bikaner.

In order to provide security to the accused, AICC general secretary and his wife Priyanka Gandhi accompanied them to the ED office and thereafter she left.

They reached ED’s Zonal office at Bhawani Singh Road in a vehicle escorted by police and other security personnel.

Alleged criminals are escorted by government security guards!

A national media said “this is Vadra’s fourth appearance before the agency and first in Jaipur. On last three occasions, he appeared before ED in Delhi in connection with a money laundering probe against him for his alleged role in procuring assets abroad.”

“The ED had registered a criminal case in connection with the deal in 2015, taking cognizance of a clutch of FIRs and charge sheets filed by Rajasthan police after the Tehsildar of Bikaner complained about alleged forgery in the allotment of land in the area, considered sensitive due to its proximity to the Indo-Pak border”.

Thus goes the profile of those in the Gandhi dynasty. They find it difficult to live without power i.e., nothing below the PM’s chair. Therefore, the dynasts and their sycophants accompanied by the birds of the same feather want to stop Modi at any cost from being the Prime Minister for a second term.

Let us now look at the backgrounds of some of the other leaders who are in the anti-Modi camp.

Akhilesh Yadav, who was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh between 2012 and 2017, held the mining portfolio during 2012-13 and his role in the portfolio is under the scanner, according to an FIR.

This is the third FIR pertaining to illegal mining cases which were registered by the investigating agency on January 2, 2019, nearly two-and-a-half years after it was directed by the Allahabad High Court to probe the issue.

If Akhilesh was entangled in the mining scam his predecessor, Mayawati, was caught by ‘elephant’ (statues) scam.

Akhilesh had earlier said that Mayawati’s scam could reach Rs. 40,000 before the latest SP-BSP marriage of convenience. 130 statues of huge elephants, her party’s symbol, were placed in parks in Noida and Lucknow during Mayawati’s tenure.

“Police raids at government offices have reportedly revealed that corrupt officials overpaid contractors to build the statues. Sub-standard material was allegedly used. Statues that should have cost only Rs five lakh were bought by a state-run agency for 60 lakhs each”.

Explaining why he believes that Rs. 40,000 crore may have been scammed, Mr. Yadav said the land used for the parks must be accounted for.  “You will not add the cost of the building which was constructed and later demolished (for the parks),” he said.

Now both the scamsters have joined together to fight against Modi.

Look at the latest Mamata drama accusing the NDA government and the CBI. We shall turn the clock back on this issue to know the factual position.

“Some Leftist supporters and some Congress supporters had gone to the Supreme Court for a CBI investigation on Chit Fund scam, and the court on May 9, 2014, had directed that the entire Ponzi schemes – Narada, Sarada, and Rose Valley – be investigated by the CBI”. This occurred under the UPA II rule.

Rahul Gandhi had then responded promptly with a statement on May 8, 2014, saying “Rs 20 lakh people lost their money in chit fund scam in West Bengal”.  Rahul Gandhi in his speech in 2016 also attacked the Bengal chief minister and questioned Mamata Banerjee’s stand on the Sarada chit fund scam that ended up “protecting those looting Bengal”.

The same Rahul Gandhi took a U-turn when Mamata and all those who are aspiring to become the Prime Minister of India jointly came out in support of her drama and to abuse Modi and his government.

The Congress President said, “I spoke with Mamata Di tonight and told her we stand shoulder to shoulder with her.”

The CBI has reportedly questioned over a dozen TMC MLAs and MPs and arrested Srinjoy Bose, Madan Mitra, and Kunal Ghosh. Among those questioned were then TMC vice president and former West Bengal DGP Rajat Majumdar, Trinamool Youth Congress Chief Shankudeb Panda, and MPs Satabdi Roy and Tapas Paul.

Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar headed the SIT constituted by the Mamata government, which investigated the Saradha case for a year.

The CBI claims that it has been trying to question the members of the SIT, including Rajeev Kumar, for one and a half years to get information on some missing evidence. However, Kumar and his colleagues have been avoiding the agency.

CBI sources say that communication, notices, and summons were sent to the members of the SIT and the West Bengal Police asking for cooperation in the investigation on 18 occasions but no one turned up for the questioning.

In such a situation when attempts were made by CBI officials to question Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar in connection with Rose Valley and Saradha scams, Mamata Banerjee came out suddenly and staged a drama ostensibly to “Save the Constitution”.

The CBI had accused Kumar of destroying evidence in the Saradha chit fund case and said he had failed to cooperate with the investigation.

Next in line is Delhi Chief Minister, Aravind Kejriwal who was a bitter foe of Robert Vadra. Suddenly, Kejriwal has turned a friend of Vadra and supported him when has been summoned by the ED.

It must be recalled that not long ago, Robert Vadra wrote in his Facebook page “I would humbly request our Delhi CM to come and speak with me directly, for all his grudges he has against me, instead of inciting other people against me,”

While Kejriwal stood his ground then, he has done a volte-face and has since joined forces with Vadra to fight against Modi.

Allegations against Chandrababu Naidu are also being raised.  YSR Congress Party President Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy alleged that the value of the corruption scandals of the Chief Minister is Rs. 3.75 lakh crores.

Recently Andhra Pradesh government following the footprints of West Bengal withdrew the consent given to the CBI to exercise its power in the state.

BJP spokesperson G. V. L. Narasimha Rao alleged that Chandrababu Naidu’s government’s decision was a “clear mala-fide exercise of power” to ensure that its “corruption” was not exposed.

Surprisingly, for all these groups especially the Congress, any verdict/ decision /order, even if it is from the Apex Court of the country will not be acceptable if it goes against their interests. That is the level of their respect for the judiciary.

For the Communists, Hindus and the nationalists are their foes. Only Hindutva (Sanatana Dharma) is secular and hence secularism and democracy will survive only in a Hindutva society.

Those adhering to Communist philosophy cannot practice secularism and democracy as it is not their method/system. It is impractical for a philosophy or theology which does not accept and respect others as equal to adhere to secularism and hence democracy.

The Communists always take a pro-China attitude and it is evident from the editorial of the CPI(M) mouthpiece “People’s Democracy” on the Dokhlam issue. The editorial said “Doklam belongs to Bhutan. Let Bhutan resolve the problem by itself. We need not interfere with that issue. And the root cause of the problem is not Doklam but Modi Sarkar…”

“China is infuriated because of the increased proximity between Modi and America, and because of the importance to Tibetan Buddhist Guru Dalai Lama given by India” so goes the editorial.

Many of the so-called Communist intellectuals are disciples of the first Kerala Communist Chief Minister, E.M.S. Namboodiripad.   When asked about the 1962 Indo-China war whether he thought the Chinese had committed aggression, EMS replied that the Chinese had entered territory that they thought was theirs and hence there was no question of aggression as far as they were concerned. At the same time, the Indians were defending territory that they considered theirs and so they were not committing aggression either.

Thus, they love China more.

All these groups supported by the left-leaning media, both print and visual, are conspiring against Narendra Modi and are spearheading a campaign to install a corrupt and unstable government of those having disparate objectives.

It is this brand of people who are repeatedly writing against the Modi government and the latest being the Rafale deal. They do not seem to be happy to see India becoming a strong power militarily and economically.

The World sees the leadership of Modi as the best bet for India to achieve the status of world power. The common people who believe in Nationalism also pin their hope on Narendra Modi.

However, for those who are sympathizers of the country’s enemies across the borders, a return of the NDA government under Narendra Modi is a nightmare.
